TDM Services for Employers

Northeast Transportation Connections (NETC)’s mission is to help employers provide sustainable, affordable, and environmentally-friendly transportation benefits for their employees. Savvy employers know that attracting and retaining their workforce is key to remaining competitive in today’s business environment. NETC takes a holistic approach that allows employers to offer quality benefits at affordable prices, many of which are free. Not only do employees love these benefits, they are beneficial to the region’s air quality and help reduce traffic congestion.

Getting Started

We’ll schedule a quick productive meeting where you tell us about your organization’s needs. We’ll ask about your amenities and workforce, and set you up with a short commuter survey for your employees. This will give us a snapshot of how your employees get to work, what resources they possess and those they lack, and a prediction of which transportation options they are most likely to use.

We’ll guide you on the best ways to build your organization’s employee commuter benefits. We’ll make sure that your plan aligns with your organization’s goals and your employees’ needs. Plus, if there are any local governmental requirements, we’ll make sure your commuter plan fits with local regulators.

We want this to be as turnkey as possible and can provide any level of service required to successfully implement the plan. You choose how deeply you want to dive into a program and how much assistance you need from our professional facilitators.

Onsite Services

Onsite services include anything from training, education, and local tours of the transportation infrastructure, to detailed individualized commute plans. We even offer onsite bicycle repair for your employees — or, better yet, offer classes for your employees to help them maintain their bicycles like a professional mechanic.

Service Menu

Select the services that fit your organization best. You may choose from a full range of services, including our basic offerings to help you setup a turnkey communications program with your employees to more expansive services that require a small fee once the service has been provided. There’s even the option to become more involved with NETC: you can choose to join our board of directors as a non-voting or voting member.
