City of Denver E-bike Rebates
If you’re thinking of buying an e-bike, the City of Denver is offering instant rebates through participating bike shops. Click here for a list of participating bike shops.
We encourage anyone who might be interested in an e-bike to ask questions and test out a few models before applying for a voucher.
Instant Rebate Amounts:
$400 for all Denver residents, $1,200 for income-qualified residents
Additional $500 for e-cargo bikes
Incentive cannot exceed the total purchase price
One e-bike per person

State of Colorado E-Bike Rebates
The Colorado Energy Office is also offering e-bike rebates. The equipment incentive may be used to cover the costs of a helmet and/or lock, but not other accessories.
The rebate cannot cover sales tax or bike assembly. Sales tax is calculated on the actual retail price, not the discounted price after the rebate is applied.
