President & CEO

A Denver native, Angie is Vice President of the Foundation for Sustainable Urban Communities, managing the Sustainable Development Initiative, which includes advocacy and programs promoting alternative transportation. She was Chair of the Board of Directors for Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD).

Eric Herbst
Executive Director

Eric came to Colorado in 2007 for an AmeriCorps Service Year, where he spent his time working with at-risk youth, removing invasive species, working as a sawyer to reduce the number of beetle infested lodge-pole pines throughout Colorado, and installing efficient materials as a part of a Low-Energy Assistant Program.

Jesse Livingston
Senior Director of Communications & Marketing

Jesse is an author, musician, and graphic designer born and raised in Denver. Jesse has worked for several nonprofits, including the North American Students of Cooperation (NASCO), the Inter-Cooperative Council (ICC), and Environment Colorado.

Lacey Champion
Senior Director of Community Engagement

Lacey Champion has worked alongside disadvantaged communities for over a decade and has her Master of Arts in Social Change. Before joining Northeast Transportation Connections in 2015, she worked in international development creating and running programs abroad in places such as Honduras, Guatemala, and Nepal.

Jaclynn Streeter
Assistant Executive Director & Business Outreach Manager

Jaclynn Streeter is the newest member of the NETC team. Before joining NETC in 2020, she worked for the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) for 3 years as an Outreach Specialist, creating TDM plans for partners such as The Denver International Airport, Town of Castle Rock, Town of Parker, and the City of Aurora.

Karly Andrus
TDM Outreach Coordinator

A fourth generation Coloradan and a Denver native, Karly comes to NETC from the Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), where she spent five years working on real estate transactions, grants compliance, and policy tracking and advocacy.

Nick Glenn
Transportation Program Assistant

Nick was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Louisiana Culinary Institute. He moved to Colorado in February 2017 for a change of scenery. He joined NETC in March 2018 as a shuttle driver and soon became a Transportation Program Assistant.
