NETC operates three community E-Bike Libraries in the Globeville, Elyria, and Swansea neighborhoods. These Libraries provide easy access to e-bikes for community members through a simple bike sharing program. NETC has thirty e-bikes between three Libraries. Patrons can borrow e-bikes (as well as regular bikes) on-demand. Simply sign up to become a member and we’ll go over expectations and parameters of the program. In general we allow our members to use a bike for a week at a time; however if you're a new member we start off with a regular bike and/or 24-48hr check-ins. NETC provides hands-on e-bike safety training, rules of the road information, and route finding assistance, as well as a helmet (required) and a bike lock that stays with the e-bike.
We currently have three Bike Library locations:
Summer hours:
April - October
Thursday - Sunday
10am - 2pm
Winter hours:

While Focus Points’ Early Childhood Education and parenting programs target northeast Denver, many of their other programs – including English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Education/GED Preparation, and health enrollment work – draw participants from throughout metro Denver. Focus Points continues to grow and expand in response to the needs of families who want a better life for both parents and their children.
