38th Street and Brighton Boulevard intersection to CLOSE (from Delgany to Wynkoop streets) for some extended weekends starting as soon as June 8 – 12
– Additional closure scheduled as soon as June 22-26
– Closure duration is weather dependent and subject to change; Additional closures will be communicated if necessary
– Local detours in place for 38th Street and Brighton Boulevard during closures

What’s the Current Status?

Contractor teams are currently preparing final proposals on how they will build the project and what it will cost. Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will evaluate these proposals over the summer and select a team by September 2017. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2018.
